CBI is involved in many activities and aims to engage young people with books, create greater understanding of the importance of books for young people and resource everyone with an interest in books for children.

Children's Books Ireland Mission Statement

Children’s Books Ireland (CBI) is dedicated to ensuring that books are at the centre of young people’s lives. We resource and support those who bring children and books together. Through leadership, innovation, advocacy and celebration, we create awareness of the value and importance of books for young people.
