October 10-12 at the Dingle Writing Centre. Have you always wanted to write but weren't quite sure where to start? Or have you been writing for a short while and feel you need direction with your work? By examining the techniques of contemporary writers, the course will focus on producing new material, as well as enabling what has already begun, to develop. Enda Wyley has published three books of poetry with Dedalus Press: Eating Baby Jesus (1994), Socrates in the Garden (1998) and Poems for Breakfast (2004). She was the inaugural recipient of the Vincent Buckley Prize and attended Melbourne University as poet in residence. Enda also writes for children and her novel The Silver Notebook was published by O'Brien in 2007. She lives in Dublin where she works as a teacher and writer.
Presented by Dingle Writing Courses.
