Reading Association
of Ireland's 2008 conference centers around the theme The Changing Landscapes of
Literacy - Building Best Practice. The conference will comprise papers and
workshops on the role and development of literacy across the strands of
language, reading and writing. Maureen McLaughlin will open the conference and give a further keynote address. Jackie Marsh (University of Sheffield) and Brian Murphy (University College Cork) are to give keynote addresses.
Held the 25th-27th September in Church of Ireland College of Education, Rathmines, Dublin 6.
